Love and Wisdom Bespoke Facial - What to Expect

With Love and Wisdom Exclusive Bespoke Facial in Cambridge you can expect to have a range of hand-made natural skin treatments created just for you and your skin.  We use the natural power of plants to create a complete luxurious skin care package for you.

Our products are pure, natural, fresh, clean.   We only use the finest organic and ethically sourced ingredients.  No mineral oils and nasty harmful chemicals.  No artificial fragrances.  Food Grade - nourishing your skin and hair.  Best of all, they are made with LOVE.

• You will need to see us for a 15 minute FREE consultation with Neena at least 1 week prior to your treatment booking.  It is at this stage you will tell us if you have any skin sensitivities and aromas you like or don't like.  We'll discover your skin type and your expectations for our treatment.  Our aim is to surpass your expectations.
• Neena will then go away and make in her kitchen a bespoke range of facial treatments just for you. 
• Our products don't come off the shelves - Neena will make all the products by hand.  She'll often infuse fresh flowers, herbs, bark, muds, clays and other pure, natural ingredients.  She also only uses the finest, pure and ethically sourced vegetable and essential oils.   
• If you have particularly sensitive or delicate skin or allergic to many products - as a precaution we will ask you to come back and see us for a few minutes to have a 48 hour skin sensitivity patch test.  (Not to worrry, because you are in safe hands - our products are totally natural and pure.  We can help to heal, repair and soothe even the most sensitive of skins - if you have eczema, psoriasis or acne - we can help you.)
• Once you and your bespoke products are ready - prepare yourself for some all out pampering.

Your treatment journey to bliss:

• Your treatment journey will begin with a mini-consultation where Neena will guide you on the delights about to unfold for your treatment.
• Our luxurious bespoke facial treatment begins with a traditional ceremony - we thank Nature for giving us a bounty of gifts for you to enjoy.
• We will use your bespoke cleanser to clean your face and remove any make-up or surface dirt.
• We will then apply your bespoke scrub to wash away old, dry cells on the surface of your skin with our wonderfully fragrant, gentle scrubs made from jojoba granules, loofah and other natural resources.
• We will then use your  wonderfully fragrant bespoke serum oil blend to massage your face, neck and head.  All your worries and tensions will disappear as our oils send you in to a state of bliss.  You will enjoy an Ayurvedic head massage as part of your treatment. (That's if you don't mind your hair getting oily, of course!)
• Your  bespoke steam treatment infused with aromatic plant oils or fresh herbs will help to open up your skin's pores to release any impurities. 
• Once your skin is warm and softened, your bespoke deep cleansing mask will draw out impurities further, and allow our wonderfully chosen nutrients to sink in.
• Your bespoke toner made of fresh flower and herb hydrolats will tighten up the pores and refresh your skin.  So many high street toners are saturated with alcohol which can often dehydrates the skin or they contain artificial essences in tap water.  Our natural flower waters come from the distillation of the pure essential oils and they help to replenish your skin's water and keep your skin lovely and plump.
• Next comes your bespoke facial cream made of the best gifts nature has to offer.  The luxurious cream will be made and delicately fragranced to suit your skin, your particular needs and we promise you'll love the aroma so much your spirits will be lifted too!
• As a traditional ceremony brings this stage of our journey to a close - you will  feel a zillion dollars - your skin will feel tingling fresh, soft, supple and radiant.
• Our luxurious treatment journey doesn't end there - we'll give you some samples in a goody bag afterwards so you can enjoy the benefits of all your bespoke products for a few weeks - hopefully it will keep you going until you are ready to pamper yourself and see us again!
