How to Book Your Treatments

Thank you for choosing us.  We aim to give you a full-on pamper and healing experience to make you feel wonderfully refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. Choose the treatments you want, fill in our on-line form, email us or telephone us.  Tell us your preferred days and times and we'll come back to you with a date and time to suit you.

How much are your treatments? Our initial consultation means we listen to you and work out a package that is best suited for you each and every time you visit.  To make life simple, we charge for our packages by the hour so you can enjoy and select from the wide range of services we offer.  We generally charge £45 an hour.

We offer a 15 minute introductory chat - FREE - to help you make informed decisions.

All treatments start with a complimentary 15 minute consultation to make sure you get the best value for your money, it allows us to tailor our treatment package to your needs.

• An Ayurvedic Consultation with Neena takes 2 hours and is discounted to £80.  
  
• A Sports Marma Massage takes 2 hours and is discounted to £80.  Pay for 6 sessions in advance and save £30!
• A heavenly Hot Stone Massage costs £50 an hour. (It takes us time to set up and heat the stones for you)
• An Aromatherapy Aromaveda Massage costs £45 an hour.
• An Ayurvedic Massage costs £50 an hour (bit more expensive because the bespoke oils are exclusively made by Neena.)
• Facials cost from £45 - £90 (prices depend on the time you want to be pampered and the specific range of skin care you want to take away with you.)
• Specialists Spa Treatments – tell us what you would like, we'll make it happen and tell you how much it will cost.

Where do you practice?
We have moved and looking for a new place.

Do you do home visits?
It is an option for our regular visitors.

Do you offer pancha karma and shirodhara Ayurvedic detoxification/cleansing treatments?
Neena is highly trained and is able to carry out shirodhara (where medicated oil or milk is poured rhythmically on the forehead) and other panchakarma or detoxification techniques of ayurvedic massage and cleansing treatments.  However we do not have the facilities in  Cambridge to carry out these treatments.   It is something we will hopefully be able to offer in the future.
